New Provincial Judges Appointed

The B.C. government have appointed new provincial judges to its judicial system. Judge Peter Whyte, will be assigned to the Northern Region. Whyte brings a considerable amount of expertise in mental health and addiction matters. Judge Delaram Jahani was also newly appointed and will be assigned to the Fraser Region. She’ll be bringing her expertise including family law and child protection to the bench.
