PRINCE GEORGE — The City of Prince George is about to get warmer –  as preparations continue for the annual Coldsnap concert series.

Local guitarist and vocalist Karl Wyssen is preparing to play with his band Crowmarsh in this years Coldsnap music festival.  Wyssen is just a part of a diversity of local and out of town artists who will perform at the 9-day festival beginning January 25th.

Along with 19 ticketed concerts big and small, including a children’s event,  Coldsnap will once again offer its “Come in From the Cold” workshop series, a chance for community members to connect with musicians and their music.

Organizer Aidyl Jago says she’s hoping audience members will come out and take a chance on a musical act they may have never experienced before.
