It’s official. Prince George’s Meryeta O’Dine is heading to the Olympics.

The 20-year-old was one of 13 snowboarders named to Team Canada for the upcoming PyeongChang 2018 Games today.

O’Dine is currently the top ranked Canadian female snowboard cross athlete, and ranks 8th overall in the world.

O’Dine has won two medals on the World Cup circuit this year in team events, and also won an individual bronze last year in just her seventh World Cup race ever.
