PRINCE GEORGE – A Golden Retriever named Mooshoo has found a new home in an unlikely place… The Coast Inn of the North Hotel.
The hotel has partnered with the Prince George Humane Society to showcase dogs up for adoption and to encourage more animal adoptions in our community.
The dog will live at the hotel until he finds his forever home.

Guests of the hotel can check out the dog to go for a walk and explore the city. Seven-month-old Mooshoo will stay in a small green space in the hotel lobby.
Once Mooshoo finds his new family he will move out of the hotel and another dog will be checked in.

Angela McLaren from the PG Humane Society explains what to do if you are interested in adopting Mooshoo:

“People that are interested in adopting him need to come down to our adoption centre on first avenue, fill in an application, we review those applications and we shortlist them. If we do find a suitable home we do a home-check prior to placing them in their forever home.”
