Suspect Arrested After Break And Enter

QUESNEL – Police arrested a man who allegedly broke into a home on Maple Drive on Monday. After 3 pm, police arrived on the scene, but the suspect was already gone. However, Mounties say they found the man nearby after identifying him from surveillance footage. Steven Gerald Schuk is facing charges of theft under $5000, mischief and being in a house illegally to commit a crime. Schuk remains in custody until his court appearance.
