Local Search and Rescue Volunteer Wins Provincial Award

PRINCE GEORGE – Long-time volunteer Search Manager Dave Merritt is being recognized for his volunteer work across the province. Merrit has been presented with the provincial government’s Public Safety Lifeline Volunteer. The annual award is presented to those who dedicate their time to helping people struggling through challenging situations. Merritt has been with Prince George Search and Rescue with 27 years.
