With sad and heavy hearts we must announce the passing of Anton Arthur (Art) Stauble . Our precious husband, father and Opa. He passed into the arms of God on Friday Dec 1, 2017. Art was an Alderman for many years, he was involved in the Regional District, Rotary, Hospital Board and Nature Trust among many other things. Art will be cherished and deeply missed by his loving wife, friend and partner of 61 years Yvonne, his boys Andre (Laura) and Christopher, and his grandchildren Nicholas (Alyssa), Janine (Brad), and Aaron. Please join us on Saturday Dec. 9th at 11:00AM for a Catholic Mass at the Christ Our Savior Church at 4514 W. Austin Road. Followed by a celebration of his life at 12:00PM in the basement of the Church. We’d like to thank the wonderful nurses at IMU of University Hospital who helped make Opa’s last days so very comfortable. We will be forever grateful to Verena, Stephanie & Dr. Heidi Mader.
