VANCOUVER – With the BC SPCA’s summer camp program now underway, there are still a number of limited spaces available in the northern region including Prince George, Fort St. John and Prince Rupert.
At the camps, kids will experience a variety of activities such as outdoor and indoor games, guest speakers, hands-on creative projects, shelter tours and some interaction with certain animals.
“The BC SPCA week-long summer camps offer fun and engaging activities that help to educate kids about issues affecting companion, farm and wild animals in B.C., while also teaching empathy-building and critical-thinking skills,” says BC SPCA human education manager Paula Neuman.
