RCMP attend shooting in Taylor

TAYLOR- Police in Fort St John responded to a shooting in Taylor on Sunday.

Upon arrival, officers found one adult suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound, the victim was then transported to hospital.

One adult was arrested at the scene and subsequently released from police custody. The injured party remains in hospital. At this time no charges have been laid.

The investigation by the Fort St John RCMP Serious Crime Unit is ongoing and anyone with information on the incident is being asked to contact police at 250-787-8100.
