Student Enrollment At CNC Lakes Campus Way Up

The College of New Caledonia Lakes District campus has seen almost double the registration year over year.
150 registered students started at the Burns Lake campus this fall compared to 81 last year.
However, student growth between fall 2016 and fall 2017 cannot be fully compared until the end of the semester.
The institution is offering Foundations for the Future which is a tuition-free course designed to provide students with snapshots into an array of different studies.
By January, the college will offer a practical nursing program and then a carpentry program the following month.
