Preparations Underway For Halloween Fundraising Maze

With Halloween only weeks away a group of local volunteers is hoping to make this year a scary Halloween, by building a giant haunted maze at the 4H building located on the exhibition grounds, next to CN Centre. The maze will be full of twists and turns, with the public asked to bring a donation to participate. Last year, the maze was constructed in a backyard with wooden pallets, and its much the same this year, but in a bigger setting. 23-hundred people came through the maze last year over 2 nights raising 3000 dollars for the Spirit of the North foundation. Organizers want to improve on last year’s success. The maze will be open 5 nights this year. October 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th, along with Halloween.
