Rock Climbing Competition This Saturday

The top climbers in the region are going to be scaling the walls at the Overhang climbing gym this weekend. They’re holding a rock climbing competition Saturday, with all different levels and age groups competing. The different routes that you can climb on the wall are called “problems”, and competitors will have a certain chunk of time to complete as many problems as they can. The event will be going on all day Saturday, with the finals at 5 p.m., and admission is free. It’s an opportunity to check out some top local talent in what is a very challenging and unique sport.
