Collaboration Begins On Terrace Downtown Project

A renewed canopy is in the works for the downtown core in Terrace. With the assistance of city staff, property and business owners are teaming up to come up with a new design for the canopy infrastructure on the 4600 block of Lakelse Avenue. The committee plans to get a consultant to work on a concept design along with providing sidewalk improvements.
The project is expected to occur over the next 18 months in order to come up with the design and grant money for the work. There will be different opportunities for residents to voice their opinion along the way.
