Plenty of Activities for Family Day in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE — Plenty of activities are taking place this weekend as part of the Family Day holiday.

Engage Sport North is offering families a free way to enjoy the holiday Monday. In partnership with the Northern Sport centre, there will be four free sports events Monday morning from 9 until noon including pickleball,  badminton, soccer and boxing.  UNBC athletes will also be on hand to demonstrate and participate in the events.

Other Family Day activities through the City are being offered at Otway, the Hart ski hill, Ness Lake Bible Camp and the Prince George Cougars are holding their annual Paint the Ice Family Day game.
