Infant In Serious Condition After Weekend Crash

QUESNEL – An infant is in serious condition in Quesnel hospital after a crash Saturday night. Mounties say several others were also required hospital care. The crash occurred at Balsam Avenue and Highway 97 shortly before 10 pm.

Late Sunday afternoon a 50-year-old man was sent to the hospital after driving his vehicle in the ditch near Sales Road and Highway 97. He’s being investigated for driving while impaired. No one else was injured.
