PRINCE GEORGE – Hot, dry and windy conditions in the forecast have the BC Wildfire Service expanding its Category 2 open burning ban to include the entire Prince George Fire Centre, as of noon tomorrow. The ban applies to piles no larger than two metres high and three metres wide and stubble or grass fires over an area smaller than 2,000 square metres. There’s no ban yet on campfires.
