UNBC Coach Uses Tournament To Keep Eye on Talent

The Summer Hoops Classic works towards a lot of things in our community. Over the previous three years, it’s raised just under $40,000 with this year’s total still undetermined. It also brings the Northern basketball community together months after the seasons ended and months before the season returns. A third thing it does is gives Nav Parmar, the tournament organizer and UNBC Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach the chance to get some extra looks at local products who might just turn heads on the Timberwolves team in the future.
