Park House also provides purchasers the financial advantage of reduced property taxes over a 10-year period, a benefit offered through the municipality’s property tax incentive program for the downtown area.

Construction of the project has already begun and the first homes are anticipated to be move-in ready by fall 2019. In the meantime, a Park House Sales Centre will be open to the public later this summer in downtown Prince George in the Ramada Hotel next to Starbucks, 494 George Street.
