Sizzlin’ Soccer Concession Serves Up Friendship And Life Experience

As the Canada Winter Games made their way to Prince George, the Native Friendship Centre was looking for a way to get involved. They decided to offer youth volunteer positions to help with food services and other tasks. Since then, the same initiative has had a part in creating Friendship Burger, a volunteer-run concession that gives aboriginal youth in Prince George an opportunity to gain some valuable life skills and spend some time at the soccer fields.
