Timberwolves Add Striker Henman For 2018

PRINCE GEORGE – The UNBC’s Men’s soccer team has added Michael Henman, a new striker from Victoria to their roster for the 2018-19 season. 

Henman says the Timberwolves have been on his radar for years now, given his longtime relationship with T-Wolves coach, Steve Simonson and a number of current players on the team. 

He was on campus in the spring where he practiced with the team and received a campus tour with T-Wolves captain Tofa Fakunle.  

Henman hopes to bring his aggressive play and nose for the net to the team as he joins his teammates in August for training camp. 

“Michael is a passionate young man, who never gives anything less than his best. Combine that love for the game with his pace, his physicality, and his understanding of the game, and we are really excited to have him join our program,” said coach Simonson.
