United Way RV Has Whirlwind Tour

PRINCE GEORGE – The United Way RV is now idle, after having a whirlwind tour of the region. The RV was donated to the United Way and it hit the road this spring, visit ing communities all across the region. But it was an odyssey. A fuel pump blew in Smithers, it was involved in an accident in Quesnel, a couple of flat tires, a fuel leak. But in each case, the communities the RV was it would step up and lend a hand. It made the adventure worth it.
