Help Wanted At The Central Fort George Community Garden

PRINCE GEORGE- The community garden at First Baptist Church is just one of many around the city. This is the second year the garden has been up and running, it’s larger this summer thanks to a donation from a local farmer, and it grows a variety of organic fruit and vegetables. The food is free for anyone who would like it and anything that’s left over is donated to local charities. The church is hoping more people will come to lend a hand. Residents with a green thumb are asked to call the First Baptist Church to sign up.
