Ghostkeepers Look For Second Addition To PG Sports Hall Of Fame

The Prince George Sports Hall of Fame is once again receiving nominations for 2018 inductees. The Hall hasn’t received new members since 2016 and one of those inductees was Charlie Ghostkeeper. As this fastball season wrapped up, a well-known figure at the diamonds, let his intentions be known of another Ghostkeeper he would like to see join Charlie. Papa Pete’s son Chad was on the league winning Falcon Contracting team and has a long history of leading, coaching, and mentoring many native athletes on both the diamond and the ice. Ghostkeeper was also a member of the Big Guy Lake Blazers, who finished third at this year’s Canadian Native Fastball Championship. But if you ask Chad, he’s not convinced his time is now.
