Crews Respond To Early Morning Fire

PRINCE GEORGE- Traffic was reduced to one lane on the 1600 block of Queensway this morning as fire crews dealt with a garbage can fire. Two halls and 11 firefighters responded to the call around 5:30. Occupants evacuated the building and one was treated for smoke inhalation though no other injuries were reported. Crews stayed on the scene until the building was ventilated and residents were allowed back inside. The damage is estimated to be less than 500 dollars.
