Mounties Searching For Armed Robbery Suspect

WILLIAMS LAKE – Mounties in Williams Lake are searching for a man who robbed the Overlander Beer and Wine Store Wednesday night.
Police say the individual pulled a weapon on staff and demanded cash before dashing from the store. He was wearing a black hoodie with a dark backpack. Police say the suspect has a medium build and was about five and a half feet tall. The robbery occurred just after 10:15 pm. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
