Miracle Theatre Announces New Play

PRINCE GEORGE – Miracle Theatre has announced that the funds from the production, Halfway There, will be donated to the Prince George Community Foundation. The foundation will use the money to benefit charities around the city that help the children of Prince George through things like school lunches or mentoring programs. 

Miracle Theatre began in 2014 with the goal of improving quality of life and financial welfare of local non-profit organizations. From the three productions the theatre has put on since opening, over $140,000.00 has been raised for charities like United Way, Spirit of the North Health Care Foundation and 27 Million Voices. This year, Miracle Theatre hopes to raise $55,335.58 for the Prince George Community Foundation. This amount will bring Miracle Theatre’s fundraising total to $200,000.00. 

Miracle Theatre has already reached 12 per cent of their goal through corporate and anonymous sponsorships. Halfway There runs February 28th to March 20th 2019 at Artspace.
