Men Tie The Heat While Women Fall To Dinos

PRINCE GEORGE – On Saturday night two Pacific Division rivals played their third consecutive scoreless draw. UNBC Timberwolves and UBC Okanagan Heat put up a fight at Masich Place while the UNBC women’s team was battling it out in Lethbridge. 

For the men, it was back and forth chances between the Timberwolves and the Heat. With the draw, the Heat sit 2-6-5, while the Timberwolves are 4-3-5 on the Canada West season. The two sides will have a rematch tomorrow at 2 PM at Masich Place.

In Lethbridge, the UNBC women’s team couldn’t keep up with Calgary. They fell to the Dinos 3-0 but will look for a win before the weekend is over as they travel to Lethbridge for game 2 on Sunday.
