While the atmosphere of being inside an arena for a game of hockey is great, taking it outside has a special feel to it. The Cariboo Cougars will be part of history this season when they play in the BCMML’s first ever outdoor game in the New Year. On Sunday, January 20th, the Cougars will play the Vancouver North East Chiefs at the Ernie Sam Memorial Arena on Nak’azdli Whut’en Territory in Fort St. James, BC. The Cougars are currently winners of 7 straight games and are going through this season seeking their fifth straight BCMML Finals appearance.
