PRINCE GEORGE – During the Prince George Cougars Saturday night game, the CN Centre’s inflatable tube man was awarded a name. Mrs Fran Daniels came up with the name “Harold”.

“The idea for Mr PG originated with Harold Moffat in the late 1950’s, who believed Prince George needed a mascot to promote the forest industry and represent the city,” says Daniels.

The CN Centre says now the name Harold will represent the legacy of our community and the Air Dancer who heralds events.

Daniels won the usage of the CN Centre Luxury Suite, which includes 11 tickets to the Prince George Cougars game against the Regina Pats on Friday, November 23rd.
