Postal Workers On Strike in Prince George

Nov 20, 2018 | 7:51 AM

PRINCE GEORGE — Rotating strikes by Canada Post workers have hit Prince George for the second time.

Prince George is one of five Canadian Union of Postal Workers locals to hit the picket lines today.

The other locals are all located in Ontario.

The main sticking points in the dispute are health, safety and overtime.

Today’s job action follows the union’s decision to reject Canada Post’s request to pause the strike over the holidays.
