PRINCE GEORGE – The Spruce Kings played in front of the biggest crowd so far this season but couldn’t get the win in Chilliwack.

The game started out well with a goal from Dustin Manz in the first period assisted by Nick Bochen and Ben Brar. In the second the good luck continued with another from Nicholas Poisson.

But it wasn’t until the third that Chilliwack fought back, scoring two in the final 20 minutes to tie the game.

Neither team could find the back of the net in overtime, but in the shootout, it was the Chilliwack Chiefs that would take the game 3-2.
