PRINCE GEORGE – Cariboo Rocks the North, Pacific Western Brewing and the CN Centre have announced the line up for the second annual Classic Rock Music Festival in Prince George.

Exhibition Park will be taken over by 11 different bands from August 9th to 11th. This year the new faces rocking the stage include the bands Loverboy, Trooper, The Romantics, Chilliwack, Sass Jordan, Streetheart, Carole Pope & Rough Trade, Doug & The Slugs and Helix and Lee Aaron.

The 2019 event won’t see a ton of changes from the previous year but it will include additional food truck vendors and washrooms.

“Well it’s been really tough knowing the line up and not being able to tell people for the past little bit here. That’s always the toughest part so now that we’ve got it out there it’s just pure excitment, I’m excited, I know Glen and his team at the CN Centre are excited and our partners and our sponsors, everybody’s just really looking forward to getting those tickets flowing and getting to August 9th so we can kick it off and enjoy some rock and roll,” says Pacific Western Brewing Manager of Northern BC, Kyle Sampson.
