PRINCE GEORGE – It has been announced by the Prince George Spruce Kings that Nick Bochen, a Defenseman for the Kings, will be attending the Canada West Junior A Challenge Camp on Monday, December 3rd in Calgary.

Bochen came to Prince George from his hometown Vancouver, BC and is currently in his rookie season with the Spruce Kings. So far this year he has 5 goals and 15 assists for the team.

He will be replacing Spruce Kings defenseman Dylan Anhorn at the camp, who left Saturday’s game against Langley and did not return.

“It’s certainly a bad news/good news situation,” said Spruce Kings General Manager Mike Hawes, “It’s very unfortunate that the injury to Dylan will prevent him from attending the camp. He’s been tremendous for us this season and I know that he is very disappointed.”
