PRINCE GEORGE – Eight local businesses came together today to grocery shop for the needy.  Led by the Northern Sport Centre,  the initiative will help fill the shelves at the St Vincent de Paul, along with feeding hungry students at UNBC through the NUGGS foodbank.

In total $4 thousand dollars of groceries was purchased at the Save On in College Heights.

“It can be a little bit of a team building for them they can all meet each other and collarborate,  it’s always nice to come and give and back to the community,” said Northern Sport Centre manager Craig Langille.
