Local Man Faces Child Porn Charges

PRINCE GEORGE – A 32-year-old Prince George man has been arrested and charged with Child Pornography related offences.

The RCMP Sex Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a home on Tuesday, which resulted in the suspect being identified and taken into custody. The man’s name has not been released.

Police say he’s been charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Accessing Child Pornography. He is not allowed any access to the internet by court order, along with no contact with children under the age of 17. His court appearance is scheduled for January 2nd.
