PRINCE GEORGE — Why not start 2019 with making a resolution to be better prepared for potential emergencies?

That from Emergency Management BC who note it all starts with building an emergency kit and developing a household plan that individuals and families can practice throughout the year.

The agency says emergency kits should include things like a first aid kit, a flashlight, a whistle and a cell phone.
