The Cariboo Cougars organization has had a busy week preparing for the BCMML’s first ever Winter Classic, but that isn’t all they’ve had on their plate. This week, six skaters were picked up as associate players for BCHL clubs. Grady Thomas, Brett Fudger, and Lane Goodwin were all picked up by the West Kelowna Warriors, while Brendan Pigeon has been A.P’ed by the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, Mathew Marotta by the Chilliwack Chiefs, and Devin Chapman by the Cowichan Valley Capitals. They’ll be utilized should those teams be without current players on their roster.
