Former Cariboo Captain Pens Niagara Commitment

Former Cariboo Cougar Captain and Prince George boy Jesse Pomeroy has committed to Niagara University in New York for the 2020/2021 season. Pomeroy played three seasons with the Cats, where he amassed 48 points and 221 penalty minutes through 120 games. He has played the last two seasons with the Drayton Valley Thunder of the Alberta Junior Hockey league. In 83 games with the AJHL squad, he’s got 24 points and 99 penalty minutes. He’ll be joining the NCAA Division 1 Purple Eagles.
