Richards Hits Pin To Win Second Game

Jen Rusnell and Team Wark opened the tournament with a pair of wins on Tuesday, but for Team Richards, consisting of Brette Richards and her sister Blaine de Jager, a slower start. They lost 8-5 to Corryn Brown’s team out of Kamloops. Up next for Team Richards was an evening meeting with Team Van Osch, skipped by Kesa Van Osch, along with her sisters Marika and Kalia. After the Kamloops squad tied it with a point in the eighth and two in the ninth, it came down to the hammer, thrown by Richards.
