Winter in full swing in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE- The latest snowfall over Prince George ended and since Thursday, 34 cm has fallen on the city. There is no more snow currently forecasted for the city but with the very cold temperatures and increasing wind conditions the city is warning of potential poor visibility while driving.

Temperatures in Prince George have dropped more than 20 degrees since Thursday. Environment Canada has many parts of B.C. under an extreme cold warning including Prince George with very cold wind chills expected over the next few days.

It is not recommended to be outside unless necessary and wear proper clothing if you must go outside.
