Graham, Kamstra climb podium for BC at Canada Winter Games

Prince George athletes got their first taste of Canada Winter Games glory on Monday contributing to BC’s medal count. Local snowboarder Colby Graham grabbed silver in the snowboard-cross event. The silver is BC’s 10th at the event, bringing their overall total to 36 medals in the event. Graham also advanced to the quarterfinals in the snowboard parallel giant slalom. Prince George’s Kimiko Kamstra also locking in a medal finish on the judo mats Tuesday, finishing with a silver after dropping the final bout to Alberta’s Evelyn Beaton.
