This past weekend, 8 members of the Prince George Barracudas were in Vancouver for the 2019 SwimBC Age Group Championships, where the swimming sisters of Jordan and Chloe Vertue once again shone.  12-year-old Jordan Vertue set a new provincial record in the 200 metre back stroke. Her 2:17.74 broke the record that’s been standing since 2005. Vertue also set 7 club records on a weekend where she snagged 6 gold medals and one bronze. Jordan’s 11-year-old sister Chloe Vertue also earned 2 golds, 2 silvers, and a bronze.
