Legendary Ski racer comes to celebrate the Hart Hill 50th anniversary

PRINCE GEORGE – To help celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Hart Highlands Winter Club, Nancy Greene Raine will be hitting its slopes Saturday, March 2.

Greene Raine was Canada’s top ski racer during the 1960s. Later winning a gold and silver medals at the 1968  Olympics and World Cup titles in 1967 and 1968. 

The Hart Ski hill is unique, as the 22-acre facility is located in a residential neighbourhood and 15 minutes for downtown Prince George. 

Recently the ski hill expanded its terrain park and purchased snowmaking equipment.  The public has an opportunity to ski with Nancey Greene Raine from 9:30 am to 11.  The official 50th ceremony will take place at 12:30.
