Cariboo Cougars advance to fifth straight BCMML final

The Cariboo Cougars came back from a 1-0 series deficit to beat the Vancouver North East Chiefs 2-1 in their three-game BCMML semifinal series. A big double-overtime win Saturday tied the series as the Chiefs took game one by a score of 4-2.

Curtis Hammond scored the overtime winner Saturday to keep the Cougars alive before the Cougars won 4-2 this morning to advance to their fifth straight BCMML final where they will take on the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds.
