When it comes to Blind Curling, it would appear that Prince George is the best in the west. This weekend in Kamloops, the Western Blind Curling Championship took place and our Prince George team won the whole thing with a 7-0 record throughout the tournament. The Western Canadian Champions hails out of the PG Golf and Curling Club and consisted of skip Russell Gervais and his team of Caroline Markel, Victor Santos, Eric Rosen, and Terry Pipkey. Each province from BC to Manitoba entered two teams into the championship, with the other BC team hailing from 100-Mile House.
