PRINCE GEORGE – Moving to a new city can be a scary proposition, but moving to an entirely new country offers an even greater series of challenges. A new mobile app that will help immigrants and refugees find information to plan their settlement journey to BC has been launched in the hopes of making the process of immigration easier on new arrivals.

The Arrival Advisor app will be a one-stop shop of information for new arrivals to BC, providing them with information on housing, banking and plenty of other topics.

The app will offer a unique experience to each user based on the information they provide. The process is fairly simple and the end result will be plenty of information teaching new arrivals how to get set up in BC.

Arrival Advisor is currently offered in English, French and Arabic with plans to include other languages such as Chinese and Korean among others. Other languages will be added based on user feedback. The app is available for free download on both the iTunes and Google Play stores.
