Prince George to see another record year for building permits?

PRINCE GEORGE — There have been 64 building permits approved totalling nearly $16 million in Prince George already in 2019, over $11 million of which came in February. If this pace continues, the city would surpass 2018’s record year.

A bulk of the permits are for multi-family dwellings which is something the City has put a focus on in recent years. These are primarily in the downtown, College Heights, and Hart areas.

More opportunity in business developments is also expected in the near future.
