UPDATE: Highway 97 near McLeod Lake reopens

MCLEOD LAKE — Update: According to Drive BC the highway has reopened to single-lane alternating traffic.
No word yet on what caused the closure.
Earlier: A vehicle incident seven kilometres south of McLeod Lake at Haight Road has closed Highway 97.
It occurred earlier this evening with Drive BC estimating the highway won’t reopen until 3 a.m tomorrow morning.
A detour is not available and no other information is available at this time.
