Attempted murder investigation launched in Dawson Creek

DAWSON CREEK — Police are investigating an attempted murder in Dawson Creek. The call came around 9:30 yesterday morning (April 7). 

RCMP responded to a report of an assault at a home on 13A Street. They say individuals were located at the residence, but they weren’t cooperative with police.

A few hours later- they were called back to 13A Street – where a male was seen running with what appeared to be a handgun.

Two males were arrested for serious offences while another is wanted in connection with conspiring to commit murder. Police say this appears to be targeted and directly related to the drug trade.
