PRINCE GEORGE – The artwork by Darin Corbiere is just one thing the inaugural First Nations symposium will showcase on in Prince George on April 27th, with events split between the House of Ancesters and the Omineca Arts Centre in the afternoon.
The event will have local artists as well as members of the business community to help those who want to venture into art as a businesses.
The hope is the event will paint a clearer picture of how many First Nations artists there are in Northern BC.
The symposium costs $25, but that covers the events, the workshops and meals.
